Joseph Pilates originally developed a series of mat exercises to build abdominal strength and body control. He then built various pieces of equipment to enhance the results of his expanding repertoire of exercises. At REACH PILATES we have 4 state of the art reformers, 2 wunda chairs, a Cadillac, spine corrector and ladder barrel. All of our equipment is from Balanced Body. We also have a beautiful space set aside for mat classes. Along with pilates, we encourage our clients to keep their hearts healthy with a cardio workout. Our studio has 2 ellipticals, a treadmill and a life cycle.
