All private and group lessons are 55 minutes in length. Please
call to schedule a private, semi-private equipment class. Mat classes
are drop-in. Reach Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations
with less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge to the client
for the full cost of the session.
A series of 3 introductory private sessions using a variety of pilates
equipment. In these sessions we will do a fitness assessment, explore
your goals and design your personal training program.
A one-on-one private session in which we tailor your program to your
specific body/fitness needs.
A small group session with one instructor and 2-4 clients. Retain the
personal attention of a private session at a reduced cost. Sign up with
a friend or ask us to match you with clients at a similar level.
A series of floor work exercises based on the classical teachings of
Joseph Pilates and designed to create uniform development, long lean
muscles, core strength and breath control. Classes are drop in.
Pilates classes are recommended by athletic coaches for ultimate body
stability. Classes will
strengthen the core, refine coordination, improve posture and help to
create a more motivated,
positive teenager.
